Creative Technology, a global technology firm headquartered in Jurong East, Singapore, has reportedly announced that it is ready to work with OEMs to incorporate its headphone technology – Super X-Fi, into their products. The announcement apparently comes after the firm received a great response from some of the top-notch players at CES tech trade show last week in the United States.

Sim Wong Hoo, Creative Chief Executive, was reportedly quoted stating that the firm had always planned to sell the Super X-Fi technology to hardware manufacturers in order to tap a larger market, instead of focusing on the distribution of its own products. He adds that the suite of Super X-Fi products that Creative Technology manufactured, were showcased at Las Vegas trade show, solely with the aim of demonstrating to OEMs how the new technology could fit in various hardware.

As per an official press release by Creative Technology, Mr. Sim cited that the firm has received an overwhelming response from OEM partners and now Creative is prepared to confidently penetrate the OEM market. He further adds that many large OEM partners want them to integrate Super X-Fi technology onto their products as quickly as possible. This will be a thrilling new phase for the firm, as the OEM market is a hundred times larger than the market for Super X-Fi products, Sim claims.

Reportedly, after four days of Super X-Fi sessions at the CES, which wrapped up last Friday, Creative’s Super X-Fi Headphone Holography backed 10 awards from numerous tech review sites.
